A very emaciated dog found abandoned in a crate at the Elmonica MAX station Friday morning is recovering at the Bonnie L. Hays Small Animal shelter. The three-year-old miniature Schnauzer weighed about half of the 15 pounds normal for her breed, said animal care technician Paula Lynch. Find Out More…
